Once satisfied that we have received an appropriately identified request for information we will reply within 60 calendar days.

Right of Rectification and Erasure

You have the right to have your personal data corrected if inaccurate. You may do so yourself at any time by entering the updated details using the “Edit Details” section on the Account page.

If at any time you would like us to erase the personal data we hold about you you may send us a request in writing to the email or postal address below. Please be aware that we may ask for proof of identification before complying with the request. We will erase all data we hold about you within 60 calendar days of being satisfied that the request is appropriately identified. Please be aware that any such request will automatically serve to terminate your account with us.
